Wonderful community, generally friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Perfect setup for the modern spiritual nomad who is looking for seasonal work and would like to enjoy the many perks of sustainable, earth-centered living alongside lovely, interesting people.

Cons

Seasonal work entails no benefits and low pay, which is not always feasible. However if you can make it work, there are many other benefits such as housing, healthy meals provided, access to daily classes and attendance to one of the courses offered from the yearly catalogue if you commit to the full season.
