No developed career ladder. Pay increases did not seem merit based.

The pay is good and the people I worked with were great.

Cons

They hang on to people (upper management) that are clearly toxic. They are more worried about the public view of the company than listening to their employees.

When I first started with the company it was an awesome job.

Cons

COVID exposed a company that in no way cared about their employees in any way. We were pretty much thrown to the wolves and forgotten.
