The benefits are great and plenty of opportunities to learn and advance within the company. Plenty of over time if your compitent and willing.

Cons

It can be very dangerous and hard to work around coworkers that just don't care or are very incompetent or lazy.

Company is in a rightsizing mode to adapt to the current market conditions. This has been the trend for the past 3 years and has placed a lot of stress on all employees. Stability of the company is of great concern.
