Cons

Favoritism, sexist operations and did not fulfill expectations during hiring process, LOW pay, required to wear many hats for minimal pay, unsafe working environment, equipment breaks down constantly, multiple fixed hazards

Leadership, from the top through the middle layers, is a complete joke. No direction given, no strategy, just do your job day to day and let everything else fall into place. Don't worry about $500,000 problems, they don't move the needle!
