Lots of overtime... decently weekly paychecks, but only from the overtime. Annual tool, allowances for those in a maintenance position or equivalent. Willing to train, and cross train employees in many areas and different types of mobile equipment.

Long hours, away from family. Low paying, on the hour. Attendance/points is very strict and low allowing. Constant contradictions,
