A new management team was installed 2 years ago. If you do not meet their standards, they will find a way to get rid of you and bring in their friends. Even though I preformed my duties 100%, I watched new managers come in making more money and had less experience!

Toxic work environment where co-workers and your bosses are looking for the next person to blame for when things don’t go as planned. This breeds a level of distrust between all employees. The company is trying to rapidly change to be more efficient but doing this poorly and employee happiness and job satisfaction are at an all time low. Railroads making solving problems challenging as there’s often many different answers depending on the company. Many departments act in silos and don’t interact with each other well or even within their team. Due to the fast pace people tend to push off work onto others if it falls out of what they normally do. This is not a welcoming environment for new people nor one where you should expect to get any training. You are expected to swim with the sharks once you are dropped in. Good luck! Upper level management constantly insults and disrespects their employees and thinks this is ok. HR or Management refuses to acknowledge or do anything about this.
