Pros

Pay for a short line, pretty decent, at least at my location. Good vacation benefits.

Cons

Horrible leadership from corporate and local mgt. New corporate mgt. took over a couple of years ago, and they are demoralizing what used to be a pretty good company to work for. Politics and favoritism run rampant.

Pros

Some of the people there in the prison are really great. The Cherry Cricket has good burgers.

Cons

The CFO is a complete tool and is upending the entire company. The owner needs to regain control before he loses all of it. The place is a mill. HR is a disaster. Everybody runs around scared all day. If you value your sanity just don't.

I don't think there is one good thing I can say about my experience in working for Omnitrax.. worst company I have ever worked for in any trade or profession... they care nothing about the employees low level managment included.. all they care about is their bonus at the end of the year.. and if they see they are not gonna get a bonus they like they will make employee cuts COMPANY WIDE just to ensure they get a bonus!

Cons

Everything under the sun! Two faced corporate managment, two faced low level managment (trainmasters/GM'S), no profit sharing, safety bonus programs for Train crews (you know, the ones who actually work safely, efficiently, and make them the money by getting the job done!!)
