Not any pros about the company. Senior management especially in HR does not care about three employees. Rumors of layoffs, gossip happens all of the time. Be careful about working for this company.

Cons

HR gossips, rude to employees, pay is low, I would not recommend anyone to work here.

It took a pandemic for some upper management to realize that working remotely is feasible and effective.
