Slightly above-average pay. Good benefits. Other departments like Production have great leadership.
Cons
QC department is hemorrhaging people. had 5 senior techs leave in the last year. Supervisor is the most incompetent I've seen in 10 years of experience. Quality manager can't be bothered with anything, doesn't want to hear it. Both of them are infamous throughout the facility as being worthless. Morale on the team is the worst I've ever seen. No opportunities for growth or advancement. You just constantly get assigned more and more work until you leave the department or quit for better conditions.
