Pros

Work/Life BALANCE is at the forefront of this company. The dedication and focus on creating an atmosphere that embodies employee satisfaction is to the level of which I've never experienced in my career before joining Omnicell. The leadership team has completely bought into employee happiness and creating a culture of happiness.

Cons

The onboarding process is demanding and extremely lengthy. This may be due to the amount of employees working remotely and thus increasing the amount of content to be reviewed, but it would be nice to see the onboarding process streamlined and refined.

Omnicell is a great place to work that values its employees. They are understanding of real life situations; and they work with you to figure out what will bring you success at the company. Culture is great and the CEO is extremely passionate about what we do and how Omnicell is bettering the world.

Cons

Because it is such a large company, things take a long time to get resolved. There are also times where they will tell you something will be resolved and then get back to you saying there is nothing they can do. Pay falls a little short compared to the knowledge level required.
