Pros

Entrepreneurial position where you create relationships with your customers and greatly impact your own success. Excellent service team to work with in the southeast region. Excellent benefits and retirement savings options. Flexibility in your schedule.

Cons

For some people, the 24 hour on call position may not be ideal.

Onboarding Experience

Pros

The people have made this transition a great experience. Everything from computer set up to company phone set up was very easy. When there were issues, IT solved it very quickly. I was up and running very quickly.

Cons

The process could be a bit more cleaned up. Business cards were never discussed for example. And training was delayed for several weeks which creates challenges when interfacing customers right out of the gate. For an experienced rep like myself, it wasn't a huge challenge but for very new reps, it could be.
