I was hired this past fall, there were a few different interviews (HR, Manager, team) which allowed me to get a feel of both what the job entailed but also the feel of the team. Communication was great and onboarding easy

Pros

Support - Managers and Ops specialist always ready to assist you Work/Life - They try their best to accommodate any time-off requests, paid holidays Fun environment - It all depends on what site you work at but I enjoy my site and the people who work there

Cons

Wage - I do feel slightly underpaid for the work we do, especially having to do it mostly on our own. A lot of the money seems to be dumped into their travelers and while it is important, I do feel like techs working fulltime at a single site should be valued a bit more for holding down the fort at the sites and providing constant support and fostering a good relationship with their site. Product - Product is still a bit faulty so a lot of days are spent troubleshooting often
