Omnicell reviews

While there seems to be a vision for the company, I haven't really seen it executed in my time here. We just deal with a lot of products that don't work or new products with a ton of limitations. We've been trying to "evolve" into a new company for years but the change has been really slow and fairly unoticeable.

- High turnover rate (within the year I was there, the turnover rate for my team was nearly 50%) - High stress - Overtime was often and expected (late nights and weekends) - Low morale
