Pros
I truly appreciate the purpose of Omnicell. I feel very tied to what we are trying to accomplish, and because of that vision, we attract so many fantastic team members that care. They care about our customers, what they do and how they do it, plus each other. Our size is ideal too. We are big enough to have the right infrastructure and programs available, but small enough to be able to be able to make an impact and see results.
Cons
It is a complex business, so there is a lot to learn, but the good news is that there is plenty of information out there. You should be comfortable asking questions and being a self-starter and continuous learner. If you are, you will do well here!
