Poor leadership. No direction. Dysfunctional. Treat employees horribly.

- Kinda like working at a Dilbert Cartoon: - Tall grey cubical walls where people like to use the office phones to communicate - When there was basic snacks before Covid, still charged employees even though its a large successful company that can afford to provide this easily - HR Policy rules everything. Managers have a little say regarding career progression, hiring, compensation, etc. - Purchasing policies and reimbursement process is painful and slow - Not real clear pipeline on what we are going to work on next.
