      Great culture - lots of good change and some growing pains

      Pros

      The people are genuine, caring and committed to the mission of the company. Passionate and authentic CEO. Smart people. The company was progressive and mandated vaccines, YAY! That only makes sense for a healthcare company.

      Cons

      A lot of change over the past few years. It's needed but it's a lot to digest and the company could sometimes do a better job at communicating the "why" and "what." A ton of competing priorities can make it seem frenetic at times.
