Hidden agendas and short, constant strategy changes, almost like C suite leadership doesn't really know what they want to do so they just keep changing things every few months and are hoping something sticks - Impact is lots of reorg and turnover.

Poor Culture, not a good work life balance, was (when I was there) a Toxic environment. Would rather hire a manager that's a clueless idiot with MBA than promote someone from within that actually understands the products. The MBO quarterly bonus is a nice idea, but poorly executed. If sales / revenue numbers not met for that quarter, all the extra work (and it can be a lot, as it has to be over and above your job) gets you nothing. - And if you decide not to do the extra work, as you don't want to participate in the MBO's then that can be used against you in your review.
