Siloed company, departments worry only about their own tasks and achievements Remote management is a problem, managers do not know tasks and obstacles encountered everyday by their direct reports.

Pros

Flexibility. Company cares about their people allowing everyone to work from home until at least June 2021 due to the pandemic. Good overall benefits package for more senior employees.

Cons

Lots of management changes disrupt continuity and cripple opportunities for advancement as you are constantly being evaluated by people who do not know you. Recent lay offs did not seem well thought out - eliminating some high value employees. Different teams not on the same page with software development and some talented people being left out of key decisions while newer people work on the latest and greatest.
