Pros
I feel that the work is important and my efforts are appreciated by my customers, my manager and Omnicell in general. The work environment is very positive with lots of great employees. The pay and benefits are very good compared to similar jobs elsewhere. If I work fewer than 40 hours I still get paid for 40, more than 40 I get time and half.
Cons
I don't have regular work hours, I have a home office and the help desk dispatches me whenever a customer requires my assistance. It makes it difficult to schedule activities outside of work.
