      Old management and HR needs immediate overhaul.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Small company feel.

      Cons

      Used to be a great place for work. HR and old management is killing the company. Purchase of Aesynt was a disaster. Cannot tell who owns who. Many talented managers and employees have left because of HR office in Nashville. They don't know how retain the talent or don't care. More concerned with the bottom line. CEO is taking hands off approach and is barely engaged. There was a time when he used to walk around and talk to people.

      Pros

      Great training, modern approach to learning and supportive to workers. Good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Big company, felt like just a number. Was told during interview/ hiring process that a pre-planned vacation was approved. When I got hired and brought it up a month prior to the trip to the same manger I told before, I was told I couldn’t have the time off. I wish I was told that months before when I first brought it up. I would have understood and tried to get money back. Couldn't do that with such little time. Lost hundreds of dollars.
