Pros

You can save up reward points with all of the hotels and airlines you will be using for travel and it will all be on the company's dime.

Cons

You travel way too often (sometimes for 2-3 consecutive weeks) and if you have a family it can put a strain on your personal relationships with loved ones. It also can be stressful to travel all the time, especially at odd hours.

Pros

Randy Lipps story for starting the company is great.

Cons

So many. For starters, managers here are terrible and have no clue what they’re doing. The only way for you to be promoted or receive an increase in your yearly salary is if you suck up to management. A few managers who have recently become managers don’t have the qualifications or training. The workload is intense with no clear direction. You’re micromanaged with this company and oftentimes it seems as though everything you do will be denied even when you’re giving it your all. There’s no room for advancement and pay is also horrendous.
