Pros

wonderful people to work with at levels below management. people work their hearts out and receive very few rewards for their efforts.

Cons

benefits are meager. told we must take all of vacation time accrued within specified time period. this benefit is not a benefit if there is no flexibility as to when it can be used.

Pros

good salary package, challenging work

Cons

1. While they claim flexibility, in reality, you'll be expected to work late nights, often feeling like you don’t have a personal life. 2. Management can be poor, causing high mental stress to the point where people often decide to quit. Some managers lack basic common sense in team management and respectful communication. 3. The office space is cramped and uncomfortable. 4. Favoritism is evident within the company. 5. Employees are treated more like assets than actual people. 6. You'll end up working across various domains, regardless of the specific area you were hired for.

Pros

Best life work balance, it's a great place for old people who wants a place to stay until retirement

Cons

because of the medical industry's growing too slow, you do get the chance to work on some real channellings projects.
