Omnicell India is not a great place to work if you're looking for challenging or innovative projects. Most of the work involves maintaining legacy systems with very little scope for creativity or learning new technologies. There's no real investment in R&D, and the leadership lacks a vision for future growth. On top of that, the work-life balance is poor, with long hours becoming the norm. Management is disorganized, leading to constant last-minute work and unrealistic expectations. There is little to no appreciation for employees, and career growth opportunities are limited. If you're looking for a workplace that encourages innovation, values employees, and offers good leadership, Omnicell India is not the right choice.
