      Efforts to modernize hindered by high turnover and workload

      Lots of efforts to modernize professional services, process improvements.

      Cons

      Turnover rate, alignment with executive level and professional services does not make sense and negatively impacts the organization I believe. Very fast pace and PMs do not get much taken off their plate but have additional work added with every new process in place.

      No company is perfect, but interactions with the credit and collections team can sometimes feel more reactive than necessary.
