      Constant travel, poor onboarding and disorganized training, felt some hostility/annoyance coming from some team members when newer team members asked questions

The company has supported my development through mentorship, promotions, and internal mobility. If you are proactive and results-driven, Omnicell rewards that with clear growth paths.

      Cons

      Cross-functional collaboration has improved significantly over the past few years, especially with increased transparency from leadership and more structured alignment between departments. That said, as with any growing organization, there’s always room for continued improvement. Breaking down silos and streamlining communication across teams—particularly between legacy operations and newer cloud/software initiatives—remains an ongoing effort. The momentum is there, and it's encouraging to see the progress.
