      Pros

      Not many. Stock options could be worth it if it was worth anything. ESPP program same thing.

      Cons

      Awful leadership. Strategy couldn’t be more unaligned with customer expectations. More layoffs and reorgs than anywhere I’ve ever seen. Promotions and hires based on who kisses the most butt, not based on leadership skills, quality of work, right fit. It’s really been painful to watch the best people depart and see the worst continue to climb the ranks. Almost no opportunity for career growth anyway.

      Pros

      - unlimited PTO (where you're 'encouraged' NOT to take more than a week at a time). - Those in the trenches day in and day out are wonderful people to work with.

      Cons

      - leadership harps on core values, however does not live by them, or hold others to do so either. - leadership cares not on the customer or employee experience. - communication is non existent and decisions are made in a vacuum without any idea of what worker pain points are to genuinely fix things. - unrelenting revenue scramble.

      Sadly I have none to say. I would pick zero stars if it would let me

      1. 24/7 call and don’t get compensated. Underpaid and car allowance terrible. 2. Absolutely no training, watched videos for 4 days with no on the job training. Was expected to know what I was doing after 4 days 3. No support from management 4. Bullying from other TSE to the new TSE
