      'When a righteous king rules, the people rejoice.' Randy is a man with great vision who exudes continuous enthusiasm and passion for Omnicell's overarching purpose. As an employee, I must support him in this endeavor with the same fervor. It's an honor and a privilege to work, and if I must work, then let it be for Omnicell.

      Cons

      I prefer to focus on the positive and pray about the negative so nothing to add here that God isn't already turning around in our favor.
