      Dysfunctional leadership, lacks loyalty and a sense of team Constant churn (mostly unnecessary) All culture and engagement programs are fake. there is no substance under them. They don't care about your career journey despite saying they do, constantly They have some very talented people in lesser roles because favorites win

      Lack of Innovation and Poor Work Culture

      Pros

      The company specializes in manufacturing automated systems for medication management in hospitals and other healthcare settings, as well as providing medication adherence packaging and patient engagement software for retail pharmacies.

      Cons

      Omnicell India is not a great place to work if you're looking for challenging or innovative projects. Most of the work involves maintaining legacy systems with very little scope for creativity or learning new technologies. There's no real investment in R&D, and the leadership lacks a vision for future growth. On top of that, the work-life balance is poor, with long hours becoming the norm. Management is disorganized, leading to constant last-minute work and unrealistic expectations. There is little to no appreciation for employees, and career growth opportunities are limited. If you're looking for a workplace that encourages innovation, values employees, and offers good leadership, Omnicell India is not the right choice.
