Bad work life balance, too much pressure

Lunch is provided daily at a very subsidised rate. Good support from colleagues. Nice office.

Cons

Bad work life balance. You will always be overloaded with projects. Strict sprint deadlines. You might even have to invest your weekends to complete the work. Spillovers are very strictly monitored. Too much mental pressure is there. Too much expectations and less hike.
