Pros

I was only at Omnicell for 2 weeks of training before I had to resign for personal reasons. However, the training I had during those two weeks was excellent, and the training program was a full-time, 10-week program.

Cons

None that I know of during the brief time I was there.

Pros

Based on what I am hearing, not a whole lot of positive things to say about the company.

Cons

Many - 2 people I have spoken with were laid off and 2 others have been around for a while (One a Sr. Director in Finance!) but are considering leaving because the work environment is "toxic". Consistent theme is that middle management and execs only care about their next bonus payout (which can be very lucrative for this class in the organization) and vesting of options (which they are quite generous for this class as well...also members of the Board who don't do squat!). No one cares about the staff - which was one of the reasons I left more than 5 years ago - even though I was upper middle management (Director level) . The place sucked then - seemed to have improved for a short while...but the last 1-2 years has gone from bad to worse...maybe reflected in their anemic stock price? Glad I left when I did. Hopefully new CFO will be an improvement for the finance and accounting organization over Kuipers, who was nothing short of a pompous you-know-what! Predictably, he made his money and left before the Company tanked...typical of Peter's job history!!!

Pros

Remote work & salary decent

Cons

too many to mention. Horrible morale, Super sad situation causing me to look elsewhere. Lay offs in December was brutal for us that remain and some laid off were treated poorly not even contacted or supported by their management. Omnicell needs to train managers to be human in fact reduce multi-level management and concentrate on morale and VALUE employees. I feel for the people recently laid off Mgmt says they knew nothing. They lie. Very dishonest.
