Pros

Pay is competitive. CEO is a smart, visionary person and overall company goal is solid.

Cons

Director and Senior Mgr level need to be re-evaluated. Very much a buddy system. Tenured people look out for each other. Lots of "lockeroom conversations" occur about confidential and sensitive subjects. Also, you will most likely be released to do your job without adequate training.

Too many Chiefs, lack of vision, forgot where they came from, new C suite is all about taking care of those in their circle versus those who have done the work and know that there are doing
