      Pros

      - Benefits are consistent with companies the same size. - Products are beneficial to the healthcare industry. - Work from home except when traveling to client.

      Cons

      - Constantly changing priorities, goals, etc. - Consistent layoffs in Q4 and rehiring in Q2 of the next year. - Culture is cutthroat and always have a feeling of looking over your shoulder.

      too many to mention. Horrible morale, Super sad situation causing me to look elsewhere. Lay offs in December was brutal for us that remain and some laid off were treated poorly not even contacted or supported by their management. Omnicell needs to train managers to be human in fact reduce multi-level management and concentrate on morale and VALUE employees. I feel for the people recently laid off Mgmt says they knew nothing. They lie. Very dishonest.
