Pros

The products are great. Many of the people are fantastic.

Cons

Most mid-level managers have no management training or experience. They're promoted because they were good technically, which does not translate to good people management. Management styles are all over the place. Back-room discussions and blame are rampant. Morale is low and turnover is high. The fun, exciting Omnicell culture that was there when I started is gone.

Pros

All the engineers are helpful in getting people on board. The company is value based, so people who contribute the most value are the most recognized.

Cons

The technology stack is very old, and it is also a Microsoft shop. Getting things done in legacy code is usually slow and error-prone because of the age and size of the code base.

Pros

Best life work balance, it's a great place for old people who wants a place to stay until retirement

Cons

because of the medical industry's growing too slow, you do get the chance to work on some real channellings projects.
