Pros
My co's are great. They support each other. Benefits are okay and there is flexibility to work remotely if sick.
Cons
I don't know if this is a good fit for long-term career. I've learned that the company has gone through a "restructuring" a few times over the last few years and multiple jobs were impacted negatively because of it. They said it was to focus on clients, but some people were team leads or not client facing employees. Being here, it doesn't seem like upper management really cares about the livelihood of their staff and I still hear collegues talking about others who have been let go unfairly and those who saw it coming early on and made the choice to leave. It seems like everyone is kind of waiting for the shoe to drop. My current leader doesn't even know what my job is. It is unsettling to hear that this has happened not only this past year, but frequently over the last 10 or so years as well. Time will tell where this company is headed long-term.
