      Pros

      Really incredibly people, benefits, salary, clients, team/company bonding trips, and projects. Theres a lot of fabulous people all over the company and you are able tap into each persons strengths/interests very easily because of this. Some of my favorite people in Los Angeles. Also being able to work with some of the biggest brands in the world was quite cool, shoutout to the Nike team, y'all rocked!

      Cons

      Like any creative role in the advertising/creative/marketing world your commitment to a project can become extensive and all consuming. However, OBE does a good job recognizing this, but you need to be able to advocate for yourself as well!

      It’s been an awesome experience to work at this company where the people are nice, and the leaders are humane. You will not feel alone here. Plus, our company is expanding. Cannot wait to see more of its success!
