I moved to Germany for this job. At first I was a bit worried about the situation since it would be a totally new environment for me. On far exceeded my expectations in every aspect of this. They both provided an extensive relocation package and guidance plus they have an amazing work environment that I feel blessed for deciding to work here, friendships I made here are very precious. Also with the managerial level it's very easy to speak openly about how are you feeling. I absolutely recommend to work here.
Cons
Sometimes you receive late responses when you need to deal with company bureaucracy but I think it's pretty much normal for a company of this size.
