- Great team, competent, emotionally mature and diligent - Growing fast, lots of new opportunity to contribute and grow yourself - Established company but feels like a startup
Cons
-Lots of new stuff happening so lots to learn and build going forward, if not ready for that it can be uncomfortable -Legacy process and customers can move slower than you'd like, but people are eager, so it just comes with the territory of working with government clients.
