Good Environment. Flexible Timings. The company literally takes care of your social life. Room for learning and development. Cooperative staff with no politics. Good benefits and competitive salary.

Cons

Can do well with increasing a bit of perks for employees. Need to evolve with the technology.

Pros

The people were very nice and understanding. Didn't expect a lot in the beginning and appreciated good work. Allowed work from home when necessary.

Cons

Sometimes the work would get less exciting. But overall they tried their best to keep challenging the employees.
