It seems like a bunch of teenagers started a business just to burn money. Most people here lack experience because the company doesn’t pay well. The place is a complete mess, with employees wandering around like headless chickens due to the absence of proper guidance and recognition from management. There's a lot of sneaky behavior and passive aggression, creating a toxic environment. HR is incompetent and useless. Unpaid overtime is widespread because employees fear losing their jobs, and ultimately, their visas. The merit and title system is ridiculous; hard work doesn’t get you anywhere because favoritism is rampant. The pay is very low, and almost every month, someone either quits or is terminated. The projects are overly simplistic, leaving no room for innovation or meaningful contributions. Developers are expected to be mindless drones, simply following orders without any need for critical thinking, which leads to their skills as developers deteriorating every day. They hire key and head positions in London or Zurich, keeping Berlin mostly as a software sweatshop.
