Pros

Great people, great environment and a great software

Cons

Management is out of touch- disconnected. Not able to be promoted from within. No annual cost of living raises. No communications from management to employees

Good fun work but no room to move up

Pros

Good comradery between co workers, flexible hours and descent pay. Good place to gain experience.

Cons

Not much growth potential. Sometimes things get very hectic, as with most start ups, and management doesn't seem to really be able to get things under control.
