Micromanagement - Zero work ethics - Just run!!!

Pros

-Team building environment. -Dynamic environment. -Great CEO with vision.

Cons

-Core values that are not applied to everyone. Values that became a policy/excuse for everything. -Extreme Favoritism and Politics. -Toxic Culture. -No career plans - Mid Management suffers from listening to the employees. -No vision between higher-level management and mid-level management.

Great team, culture and ambitious goals make this an exciting place to work!

Pros

Great team and culture - everyone is easy and fun to work with. If you are energized and like challenges this is a great place to work. With the fast growth of the company come growth opportunities for employees. Another aspect that is worth pointing out is that employees can own shares of the company and therewith further join in the success. The participation ratio is substantially higher than in most other companies offering similar programs.

Cons

You need to be open to challenges and change which come with the continued growth.
