Pros

Excellent teammates and team management. While we have gone through a lot of changes in the last few months with changing leadership in our department, things have run smoothly. I feel like I have a great opportunity to give back to my community through volunteering opportunities.

Cons

Hiring in Burlington for experienced IT employees is near impossible. This has added a lot of additional stress on employees, not meeting external or personal expectations.

Pros

The first thing I appreciate about Logic Supply is that everyone wants to be here and succeed. There are very few "case of the Mondays" people. I feel supported and appreciated in my role and I know that I contribute to the success of the company, which is very fulfilling. The company's "Open" policy is great - everyone sees the specifics of how the company is doing financially and goals by department, which makes it easy to care.

Cons

Pay is not very competitive, many people sacrifice a high salary to be here (but it is because it is such a unique environment)
