All Medical/Dental/Vision for employee is paid for entirely by the company. 9 paid holidays off/year plus a floating holiday for Juneteenth, 100% match up to 5%, an additional 100% match up to 5 if you stay 6 years. starting 3-4 weeks PTO.

I worked for OnPoint's IT department for 5 years and enjoyed every bit of it. Management was supportive of my work and helped me grow in all aspects of my career. In addition, the OnPoint culture created an enjoyable workplace and friendly atmosphere--OnPoint was my second home! Unfortunately, I did have to move on to a larger organization and I can definitely say I miss the OnPoint family.

Cons

If you are a workaholic like myself you can easily get sucked in for hours.

Pros

Health benefits for the employee are at no cost. Promotion opportunities or lateral movements abound. Being part of an organization that makes a big impact in the community with monetary donations, sponsorships, and offers time off to volunteer. Lots of new locations opening. Clearly set goals and expectations that are also fair and adjusted if things change in the market to make the goals impossible.

Cons

Honestly, I've worked in a lot of fields in several states. There isn't much to gripe about with OnPoint if you want to come to work and thrive.
