Nice people. Decent benefits. Get to work work from home. Management is generally nice and pleasant to work with.

Only 15 days vacation which includes your sick time for the year. Only 3% annual merit increases

Pros

I worked for OnPoint's IT department for 5 years and enjoyed every bit of it. Management was supportive of my work and helped me grow in all aspects of my career. In addition, the OnPoint culture created an enjoyable workplace and friendly atmosphere--OnPoint was my second home! Unfortunately, I did have to move on to a larger organization and I can definitely say I miss the OnPoint family.

Cons

If you are a workaholic like myself you can easily get sucked in for hours.
