Pros

The best thing about OnQ is the family atmosphere even though we have offices in two locations and remote employees everywhere! People matter and that shows. Leadership is always trying to make things better and work for the employees.

Cons

Growth is difficult, so there are growing pains, but those pains are acknowledged and addressed.

It's easy work and free coffee

Cons

They order the hired in people lunch 3 times a week and leave out the temps,they have free snacks and drinks but the Temps are not allowed to touch any of it, everyone in management seems to be sleeping with each other cause they are on each other and talk inappropriate to each other.
