Hours not guaranteed for part time. No AC or heating so winters and summers suck

Lack of communication People got laid off abruptly after I left without warning, and the whole shift was terminated. Managers pick on employees and have favoritism. Some employees can get away with stuff, while others can be called out and threatened with disciplinary action for doing the same things. Can't get sick pay until working at least 6 months at the company.
