The only pro is the work is super easy.

Cons

This company doesn't value their employees. There is bullying and harassment from the supervisor but the company doesn't care. Don't work here!!!! You will never be valued for your work, there is no internal opportunity for growth, this is a dead end job. The pay also sucks and you will get a measly raise once a year. The only pro is the work is super easy.

They would un-commonly order food for the whole staff.

Cons

You are at the mercy of the weather, even inside a building. We would always be short-staffed on Mondays and Saturdays and those of us who did come to work were left to suffer the overload of that day.
