Fast pace, and decent starting wage.

Cons

Not much assistance or training in order to grow from higher ups, they throw you in the trenches. Have not received bonuses that we were suppose to have gotten due to apparent company changes. Hopefully they will be able to match the bonuses that they haven't distributed for a year now. Not much employee benefits and low motivation due to neglect. Also, unnecessary work drama, and unorganized. Depends how you are as an individual, but managers will be on the floor helping with heavy labor as well and work long hours just to get everything done. Poor communication amongst management, staff, and contractors. Moving up may be a challenge because of all these factors. Discouraging.
