      They are horrible people. That suck. They use people. Especially people on work visas who don't know any better. Ontrac is one of the worst places I've ever worked

      During peak months, there is a lot of opportunity for overtime

      Cons

      During the slow months, you often don’t get your 40 hours. The schedules are always changing and you’ll never know when you’ll get out for the day
