This Company had lots of people excited during Covid but hasn't fulfilled that initial promise. For warehouse workers, the job is fairly average and the experience is probably very dependent on which facility you work in. For corporate employees, the vibe is really negative. Rolling layoffs with no meaningful changes to turn the tide. Pay can be decent for the industry and most corporate roles are 100% remote which is a plus.
